Colleen McNamara | Hope for all the good things in life
Colleen McNamara embarked on her journey with Remington Technology on November 23, 2005, starting as an Attaché Consultant. Over the span of 18 years, she’s migrated around various departments, including Finance, Administration, Operations/Logistics, and Customer Service, to become the current Manager for Service and Billing within the esteemed Remington Group. A role that she fearlessly embraces with unwavering positivity.
For Colleen, every day presents its own unique challenges. When asked to describe her job, she states, “Every day is a challenge of its own.” However, three driving forces keep her going: her unwavering faith in God, the love and support of her family, and her belief in the power of hope and success. Colleen attributes her very existence to these foundations, as they have nurtured her with love and affection throughout her years.
As a Certified Practicing Accountant Technician, Colleen’s extensive experience in various departments of the organization has shaped her definition of success. To her, success is the result of a harmonious blend of hard work and unwavering perseverance.
Reflecting on her career progress with Remington Technology, Colleen finds satisfaction in witnessing the growth and transformation of the business from 2005 to 2023. Being part of Remington’s journey has provided her with personal progress and lifelong learning opportunities. She recognizes the impact her work has on the company as a whole and cherishes the collaboration with professionals who inspire her and challenge her to embrace new opportunities.
Colleen’s advice to young professionals is rooted in her own experiences.
